I started doing needlework, primarily needlepoint, many years ago and enjoyed inventing my own designs. When I was introduced to quilting, I realized I'd found a medium that allowed me to be much more creative.

I love working with the beautifully designed and colorful fabrics available, combining them into unique patterns. I started traditionally, with a quilt for a bed. But I quickly decided that I liked working on smaller projects - wall hangings to start with and now purses. Who know what I'll do next…the possibilities are endless when you have fabric, scissors, thread and any item that one wishes to use to embellish one's work.
